We are looking for a highly motivated IT architecture consultant to join our dynamic team at Deloitte Ukraine. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in IT consulting projects focused on developing strategies for digital transformations in diverse industries.
• Recommend and justify IT tools and technologies tailored to client needs.
• Develop business cases, functional and technical requirements, and automation solutions for business processes.
• Implement modern architectural approaches, ensuring the scalability, modularity, and security of IT solutions.
• Contribute to the development of Deloitte’s architectural practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT projects, preferably in a technical role.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following architectural concepts: business process management, AI/ML, RPA, Big Data, CRM, ERP, BI, ECM, etc.
• Practical experience using business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong ability to apply architectural patterns in system architecture design.
• Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English language proficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• Skills: IT architecture, business process management, project management methodologies, system design, AI/ML, RPA, Big Data, CRM, ERP, BI, BPMN, DevOps, CI/CD.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a technical or consulting role related to IT architecture or digital transformation.

Education and Experience

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in IT projects, particularly in architecture design or digital transformation consulting.
• Proven experience with IT systems and tools related to business process automation.
