About the Assurance & Business Services Team

Our Assurance & Business Services team delivers a range of assurance services, helping businesses to provide confidence to investors and stakeholders, even when a full audit isn’t required. We serve a diverse client base, from small enterprises and family-run startups to non-profit organizations, across a variety of sectors both within the UK and internationally.

Role Overview

As part of this team, you’ll work alongside client finance teams at different levels, ranging from Accounts Assistants to Finance Directors. Depending on the engagement, you’ll either be working at client offices or within Evelyn Partners’ offices. Each project provides a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality assurance and advice.

You’ll gain exposure to various industries and business models, enhancing your auditing expertise and becoming a trusted adviser.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on various audit and accounting tasks within a team
• Develop an understanding of client businesses and their operations
• Keep senior stakeholders updated on project progress
• Learn and use our audit and accounting software
• Address audit and accountancy-related queries
• Manage tasks and track time against budgets

Requirements for Success

• Penultimate year university student
• Predicted 2:2 degree (any discipline)
• Minimum 112 UCAS points across top 3 A Levels (excluding General Studies)
• GCSE Grade 5 or above in English Language and Maths
