Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Audit and Risk Management: Plan, lead, and execute audits for diverse clients, providing insights into risk profiles, frameworks, and controls.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with senior management, present audit findings, and deliver reports that drive client action.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring project quality, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, enhance audit practices, and support internal training.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Extensive background in internal audit, controls assurance, or risk management.
  • Education: Tertiary qualifications with a relevant accreditation (e.g., CIA, CPA, CA).
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability in designing risk management strategies, governance models, and process oversight.
  • Industry Insight: Experience in Health & Aged Care is advantageous.
