The Job:

HOYTS is seeking a natural leader to fill the role of LUX Venue Manager, responsible for leaving a lasting impression on our guests. As a vital part of our Cinema Operations Team, you will drive customer satisfaction and uphold our high standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example and providing excellent customer service.
  • Rostering staff and managing performance.
  • Managing daily operations to ensure profitability and achievement of KPIs.
  • Overseeing events held in the LUX Lounge.
  • Adhering to HR, WHS, and Risk Management policies and regulations.
  • Handling orders, stocktakes, and conflict resolution.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced manager passionate about the hospitality industry. This fast-paced role requires a professional capable of working under pressure while maintaining a team-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Management experience in the hospitality industry (preferable).
  • Availability to work during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills with guests, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • RSA certification and an understanding of food safety (beneficial).
  • A highly motivated individual capable of working unsupervised.
