Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints for structural steel fabrication.
• Accurately position and lay out metal designs for assembly and welding.
• Heat, form, and dress metal parts using welding equipment.
• Add stiffeners, brackets, and faceplates to structures as per blueprints.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Perform tack welding, grinding, and clamping to secure materials.
• Use measuring equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
