Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain an organized image, photo, and video library to meet quality standards.
- Ensure accuracy and accessibility of all floor plans in multiple formats.
- Systematically organize and update the copy content library (press releases, ad copy, etc.).
- Oversee inventory and manage the creation and ordering of marketing collateral.
- Keep the presentation library up-to-date for internal and external use.
- Regularly update the glossary by adding new terms systematically.
- Manage the process of designing and approving business cards.
- Respond to media and colleague requests professionally and efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about marketing and luxury hospitality. They excel at managing multiple tasks, communicating effectively, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Illustrator is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Senior School qualifications or equivalent (mandatory).
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing is preferred.
Education and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or retail is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
