Job Description

The Kids Club Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Kids Club, managing a team of attendants, and overseeing daily activities. You will be instrumental in creating unique, safe, and culturally enriching activities for young guests. This role also involves training staff, monitoring guest feedback, and ensuring the department meets financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kids Club to achieve top guest satisfaction.
• Supervise the team in the absence of the Kids Club Manager.
• Handle guest complaints, report issues, and follow up with guests.
• Train Kids Club attendants and develop a learning calendar.
• Plan and execute engaging and culturally relevant kids’ activities.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during all activities.
• Conduct inventory and maintain equipment.
• Monitor success through feedback and adjust the program to ensure fun and safety.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Help drive department revenues and adhere to financial procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal Kids Club Supervisor candidate is passionate about creating memorable experiences for children, with excellent communication skills and a fun, energetic personality. You should have a proven track record of managing teams in a hospitality setting, a strong focus on safety, and a passion for hospitality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.
• Ability to develop engaging, safe, and fun activities for kids.
• Flexibility, humor, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Preferred: Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification, fluency in Arabic.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in childcare or recreation services is preferred.
