The Auditor Nocturno is responsible for the global night audit and ensuring the hotel runs smoothly during the night. Acting as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Night Manager, you will oversee various hotel functions, manage any arising issues, and guarantee an exceptional guest experience during night operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Night Manager, overseeing all aspects of hotel operations during the night shift.
• Lead nightly departmental meetings and manage hotel staff to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
• Be the first point of contact for any emergencies that arise during the night shift.
• Monitor guest arrivals and ensure availability of rooms for walk-in guests.
• Provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests during the night.
• Address guest concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Approve and review night audit reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all financial transactions.
• Perform daily closure operations in hotel systems.
• Inspect the hotel during rounds to ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness.
• Have a solid understanding of accounting principles to manage and resolve discrepancies in guest billing.
• Communicate effectively with the guest services team to fulfill special guest requests.

Ideal Candidate Profile
