Job Description
As an SME Banking Apprentice, you will work on key projects that involve supporting Relationship Managers, engaging with clients, and gaining in-depth knowledge of banking products tailored to SMEs. Your role will include:
- Prospecting and Account Management: Assist in building new client relationships and expanding existing ones through proactive calls and account management.
- Sales Support: Help Relationship Managers close sales and provide top-notch customer service.
- Client Onboarding: Learn the client onboarding process, focusing on product offerings and lending programs for SME clients.
- Business Credit Applications: Work with Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts on Business Credit Applications and annual reviews for borrowing clients.
- Product Learning: Gain knowledge of the various products available for SME clients, including cash management, loans, trade solutions, and insurance.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide valuable feedback to management based on customer insights and product performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
