Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Creditor Payments: Ensure all payments are properly approved, coded, and entered promptly onto the creditors system in line with credit terms.
- Accounts Payable System Administration: Oversee the Alii accounts payable system, ensuring timely synchronization from various platforms and troubleshooting any issues with the support of the IT department.
- Documentation Management: Accurately file and store all invoices and payment documents, ensuring easy retrieval for auditing purposes.
- Processing Accuracy: Maintain accuracy in processing, including correct GST treatment, and manage cheque stationery and other resources.
- Reimbursement Processing: Handle reimbursement requests from staff for approved business expenses with proper documentation.
- Utilities Accounts Maintenance: Monitor billing levels of the School’s utilities accounts and address any irregularities.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as required for the position.
