Job Overview

As an F&B Assistant Manager, you’ll coordinate the operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring top-notch food quality and excellent service. You’ll support the team to maintain high standards, optimize sales, and create a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly handle customer inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and safety.
• Supervise food and beverage sales to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Train and motivate staff to meet and exceed service goals.
• Enforce company policies, including drug-free and tobacco-free guidelines.
• Manage food costs, control stock levels, and minimize waste.
• Monitor cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift to oversee operations effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or a related field.
