Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a dynamic Audit Analyst to join our Audit & Assurance team in Vilnius. As an Audit Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with diversified clients across multiple industries. This role involves analyzing financials, auditing transactions, and assessing internal controls.
You’ll be part of a growing team focused on delivering high-quality audits using state-of-the-art tools and methodologies. This position is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to grow in the audit profession and gain valuable experience.
Key duties include performing risk assessments, delivering audit responses, understanding client environments, and applying ethical and professional standards. You will also use tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint while delivering your tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Financial Audits: Analyze client financials and transactions, and evaluate internal control processes.
- Perform Risk Assessments: Continuously gather and update information to identify risks of material misstatement.
- Use Audit Tools: Apply tools, guidance, and methodologies to ensure high-quality audit delivery.
- Ethical and Professional Standards: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with different teams and managers to deliver audits across a wide range of clients.
- Formulate Judgments: Research and analyze issues to provide clear, informative outputs and conclusions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Recent graduate with a background in Accounting or Finance.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a keen interest in Audit.
- Experience: Previous experience in accounting is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Languages: Proficient in both Lithuanian and English.
- Other Qualities: Strong social skills, sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
