Your Role
As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will manage the audit process from planning to completion for each assignment. You will ensure clients receive top-quality service by effectively managing resources and coordinating with different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with key client contacts.
- Provide proactive, efficient service to clients and exceed their expectations.
- Identify and resolve any issues in collaboration with the Partner or Director.
- Stay informed about the client’s business and how it impacts our work.
- Identify potential opportunities for Evelyn Partners to offer additional services.
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on progress and address any challenges.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A qualified accountant certification (ACA, CA, ACCA).
- Proven experience in audit and accounts, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Experience supervising and delegating work to others.
- Ability to motivate staff to deliver their best performance.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple assignments at once.
- The ability to monitor costs and stay within budget for individual clients.
