Job Description

In this multifaceted role, the Business Operations Officer will oversee several aspects of the business. This includes the management of the brand’s identity across various platforms, driving social media engagement, and ensuring the smooth operation of vacation rental properties. You will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy while ensuring that all properties under your supervision are maintained, revenue-generating, and compliant with regulations.

The role also demands high-level management of tenant relations, ensuring timely payments and effective communication regarding property leases and renewals. Your ability to strategize and implement marketing campaigns, supervise staff, and maintain efficient operations will be vital for the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Brand and Social Media Management

  • Oversee the general management of brand and social media officers/volunteers across all brands, including hotels owned by the company.
  • Supervise the Graphics Officer and collaborate with the Managing Director to implement strategies that enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media platforms and provide monthly performance reports, ensuring the brand remains visible and relevant in the market.

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with brand officers to gather feedback, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance online visibility.
  • Track marketing success and adjust strategies based on analytics and market performance.

Hospitality Management (Vacation Rentals)

  • Oversee the management of vacation rental properties, ensuring all operations, including maintenance and bookings, are carried out efficiently.
  • Ensure that all properties are well-maintained, and customer satisfaction is a priority.
  • Assist in revenue tracking and help with debt management for rental properties, ensuring rent is collected on time.

Properties and Rentals Management

  • Handle lease agreements for both new business and renewals, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
  • Ensure that all tenants are provided with high-quality service and that rent collection is carried out efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong background in managing teams and supervising staff effectively.
