This role involves strategic planning, budget management, and the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. The coordinator will also play a key role in evaluating operations and preparing reports while representing the organization in various official capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination of Services: Oversee and coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Daily Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluating processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.

Budget Planning: Plan and control the budget and expenditures, ensuring that financial resources are used effectively and efficiently in support of departmental goals.

Organizational Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, setting clear priorities and objectives to meet organizational needs.

Policy Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures that govern the delivery of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Staff Management: Hire, train, and motivate staff, fostering a supportive and productive work environment. Provide ongoing direction and support to encourage professional development.

Evaluation Systems Development: Develop and implement evaluation systems to monitor the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services, utilizing data to drive improvements.

Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports related to departmental activities, performance metrics, and service delivery outcomes.

Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.

Supervision:
This position involves supervising a team of 5 to 10 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), MS Windows, and other relevant computer technologies to manage tasks efficiently and communicate effectively.

Transportation and Travel Information:
