- Collaborate with Kitchen Team:
- Work together with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and service.
- Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and manage workflow.
- Manage Inventory:
- Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory to avoid shortages or wastage.
- Notify management of any low stock or supply needs.
- Professional Interaction:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with guests and team members.
- Ensure that all guests receive friendly and efficient service.
- Adhere to Company Policies:
- Follow the company’s drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies.
- Comply with all other company rules and guidelines.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the kitchen management team.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in the Cook/Chef role, you should meet the following qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Certification: Certification as a Medical Assistant or relevant medical certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
- Cooking Experience: At least six months of cooking experience is required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. infrequently.
- Legal Work Status: Must be able to legally work in the USA.
