Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager with German to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with CRM system administration, preferably Salesforce, and a strong background in business processes. You will be the interface between business stakeholders and developers, ensuring the successful design, development, and optimization of CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze internal stakeholder requirements, develop solutions, and play a key role in CRM system improvement.
- Agile Implementation: Manage test processes, oversee user acceptance tests, and ensure smooth execution of system releases.
- Communication: Act as the primary contact between internal teams and CRM development teams, facilitating clear communication and efficient processes.
- Support & Optimization: Coordinate third-level support with the Competence Center Team and ensure continuous development of the CRM system.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal CRM Manager with German should have a strong background in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and experience in test management and agile methodologies. You must be proactive, have problem-solving skills, and possess excellent communication abilities, particularly in both German and English. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies is a plus.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a similar field, or relevant professional experience.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with CRM system administration, Salesforce.com preferred; agile methodologies; test management.
- Languages: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Tools: Proficient in CRM software, Azure DevOps, and MS Office applications.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
Education and Experience
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Information Technology, or similar fields, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in CRM administration and process design (Salesforce is an advantage).
- Certification in Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
- Practical experience in test management and user acceptance testing.
