Key Responsibilities
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely delivery of monthly billing reports, KPIs, and services according to the service level agreements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Key Account Managers to solve problems, implement improvements, and resolve claims or issues (Boclaims and CAPAs).
- Operational Oversight: Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with BPA, and collaborate with the Laboratory and Transportation areas for smooth operations.
- Employee Management: Control hours and attendance of the personnel in charge and provide backup in the absence of any team member.
- Quality Processes: Apply quality processes in service delivery to meet client expectations and maintain operational efficiency.

Education and Experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; University degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, office roles, or similar positions.
