Responsibilities of a Department Manager

As a Department Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining inventory, and meeting customer expectations. Here’s what your role entails:

1. Stock and Inventory Management

• Monitor daily stock levels to ensure quality and availability.
• Minimize shrinkage and manage inventory efficiently to maintain optimal stock performance.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual inventory assessments to maximize Return on Stock (ROS).

• Maintain records of expired products during and after stock deliveries in coordination with store associates.

8. Customer Development

• Ensure a 10% increase in new customer acquisition each year.
