The Job

HOYTS is recruiting Duty Managers who can embody our FIERCE Values and inspire passion in our Crew Members. In the Cinema Operations Department, you will ensure we leave a lasting impression on our guests. If you are enthusiastic about film and passionate about working with others, this role is perfect for you! Your mission is to assist the Location Manager in managing day-to-day operations and leading the team during your shifts. While no two days are the same, your duties will include:

  • Greeting and seating guests with a big smile.
  • Processing tickets and serving our delicious food and beverages.
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting site.
  • Leading and motivating the team during shifts.

Availability

Our Duty Managers are hired on a permanent part-time basis, allowing you to own your role and form lasting friendships. We offer a flexible roster; however, you will need to contribute during peak periods, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
