Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities vary depending on your area of focus within the Treasury team:

1. Markets

• Assist in the strategy development for managing the bank’s balance sheet and liquidity.
• Support execution of the bank’s liquidity strategy in line with broader corporate objectives.

2. Capital

• Help with the strategy, execution, and management of capital issuances.
• Manage relationships with debt investors and assist in maintaining the bank’s credit ratings.

3. Liquidity

• Support balance sheet optimisation through digitalisation and predictive analytics.
• Contribute to business forums focused on efficient balance sheet usage and liquidity management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for driven, adaptable, and team-oriented individuals to join the Graduate Treasury UAE 2025 program. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong interest in finance, particularly within Treasury, and exhibit the following qualities:
