As part of the Graduate Treasury UAE 2025 program, you will gain exposure to several key areas within Treasury, each critical to the bank’s financial health. You will support activities related to liquidity, funding, capital management, and balance sheet optimisation. Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities vary depending on your area of focus within the Treasury team:
1. Markets
- Assist in the strategy development for managing the bank’s balance sheet and liquidity.
- Support execution of the bank’s liquidity strategy in line with broader corporate objectives.
2. Capital
- Help with the strategy, execution, and management of capital issuances.
- Manage relationships with debt investors and assist in maintaining the bank’s credit ratings.
3. Liquidity
- Support balance sheet optimisation through digitalisation and predictive analytics.
- Contribute to business forums focused on efficient balance sheet usage and liquidity management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for driven, adaptable, and team-oriented individuals to join the Graduate Treasury UAE 2025 program. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong interest in finance, particularly within Treasury, and exhibit the following qualities:

Eligibility Criteria
