Key Responsibilities

1. Business Ventures

• Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance business models.
• Contribute to research and development projects aimed at solving business challenges.

2. Technology & Cyber

• Support the team in implementing technological solutions.
• Participate in risk management and cyber security initiatives.

3. Client Engagement & Partnerships

• Assist with customer engagement strategies.
• Support the development of new partnerships within the banking sector.

4. Intrapreneurs

• Develop entrepreneurial solutions within the bank’s operations.
• Work on internal innovation and improvement projects.

5. Chief Operating Office

• Coordinate operational activities and contribute to efficiency improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Penultimate year students with strong academic records.
• Agile, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• Penultimate year student from any degree discipline
• No prior work experience required, but any related internships or extracurricular activities are a plus.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a UAE National.
• Be in the penultimate year of their degree program.
• Have the permanent legal right to work in the UAE.
• Be available to begin the internship in June 2025 and start full-time employment in July 2026.
• Possess strong academic performance and demonstrate leadership potential.
