Assurance & Business Services Team
Many companies need to provide financial reassurance to stakeholders, even when a full audit isn’t legally required. The team you’ll join offers extensive Assurance & Business Services to a variety of clients—ranging from small start-ups to non-profit organizations and larger enterprises—across different industries both in the UK and globally.

What You’ll Do
As an intern in the Assurance & Business Services team, you will work closely with finance professionals at different levels, from Accounts Assistants to Financial Directors. Depending on the client, you’ll be based at their offices or an Evelyn Partners location. You’ll collaborate to provide assurance and offer practical financial solutions.
Our audit process consists of three stages: Planning, Fieldwork, and Completion. Each project can last from one week to several months, depending on its complexity. Through this, you’ll gain valuable insights into different industries and develop essential skills as an auditor.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the team on various audit and accountancy tasks.
- Develop an understanding of our clients’ business operations.
- Keep senior team members updated on the progress of projects.
- Become proficient in our audit and accounting software.
- Address audit and accountancy-related queries.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time to stay within budget.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, you should:
- Be available from 30th June to 8th August 2025.
- Be in your penultimate year of university.
- Be on track for at least a 2:2 degree in any subject.
- Have at least 112 UCAS points from your top three A-Levels (or equivalent, excluding General Studies).
- Have a minimum Grade 5 (or equivalent) in GCSE English and Maths.
