The IT Supervisor will oversee IT support for all systems, manage hardware/software installations, perform troubleshooting, and collaborate with external vendors to maintain operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely technical assistance to staff and guests, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
• System Management: Install, configure, and monitor computer hardware, software, and network equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with external vendors for issue escalation, troubleshooting, and system implementation.
• Systems Upgrades & Projects: Participate in system upgrades and implementation projects to ensure the hotel maintains the latest technology.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records for hardware, software, and other IT assets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented IT professional with strong problem-solving skills and experience in managing IT systems in a hospitality environment. They should be able to work under pressure and possess excellent communication skills.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting and network management
• Vendor management experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

• Education: Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or supervision, preferably in hospitality
• Certifications: IT-related certifications are a plus
