Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Empower and lead team members to exceed guest expectations.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
• Customer Experience: Identify and implement improvements for customer satisfaction.
• Operational Management: Manage daily cinema operations to ensure profitability and KPI achievement.
• Policy Compliance: Adhere to HR, WHS, and Risk Management policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a results-oriented approach, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing memorable guest experiences. You will excel in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive mindset to the role.

Skills and Qualifications

• Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, ideally in a similar industry.

• Results-Driven: Skilled in working to KPIs and financial targets.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with audiovisual equipment and film projection (preferred).
