Adherence to Policies and Procedures
The OnSite Specialist must adhere strictly to all Stryker and medical facility policies, standards, and procedures. This includes the ability to analyze and resolve both routine and non-routine product issues expediently, using your independent judgment to uphold safety and compliance at all times.
On-Call Services
In this position, you will also be required to provide on-call services as necessary, ensuring that surgical teams have the support they need, even during off-hours. Your flexibility and commitment as an OnSite Specialist will be invaluable in meeting the dynamic needs of our medical facilities.
