Job Description
Reporting to the Payroll Senior Manager, the Payroll Administrator is responsible for preparing and processing weekly and bi-weekly payrolls in a multi-state environment using ADP Vantage payroll systems. This role demands attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee data.

Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for multiple locations using ADP Vantage.
- Data Accuracy: Verify and correct computed wages, ensuring the accuracy of hours, earnings, and deductions.
- Employee Records: Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll records and employee files.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless data flow and employee record updates.
- Compliance: Apply knowledge of federal, state, and employment regulations in payroll processing.
- Problem-Solving: Address payroll discrepancies, resolve errors, and suggest improvements to processes.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee data with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Reporting: Generate payroll-related reports and provide necessary documentation for audits.
- Cross-Team Support: Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and deadlines.
