Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for surgical patients.
  • Work collaboratively with health professionals within the Army Reserve health team.
  • Provide peri-operative care in diverse and challenging environments.
  • Serve between 20 and 100 days per year, with flexible options based on availability.
  • Complete initial military training followed by ongoing professional development.
