Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Housekeeping Attendants to maintain cleanliness and order in public and staff areas.
• Oversee deep cleaning, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning programs.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly maintained with regular checks.
• Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of housekeeping attendants.
• Monitor the completion of tasks according to established standards and timelines.
• Maintain cleaning checklists and files for maintenance equipment.
• Assist guests as needed to ensure an excellent experience.
• Ensure Lost & Found procedures are followed by the team.
• Conduct daily briefings and handovers with team members to communicate the day’s tasks.
• Adhere to hotel policies on safety, fire regulations, and hygiene.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate Profile
