Job Description

As a Receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service and manage front-desk operations. You will greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate staff members, handle incoming calls, and support administrative functions. Your role will ensure that the reception area is well-organized, professional, and ready to welcome clients, guests, and colleagues.

You will also be responsible for managing the main company email inbox, handling basic inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs. Additionally, you will assist with office management duties, including meeting room preparation and managing mail and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and handle basic inquiries.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is organized and stocked with supplies.
  • Schedule appointments for clients and employees, managing the office calendar.
  • Assist with organizing meetings, preparing conference rooms, and coordinating refreshments.

  • Monitor and manage the visitor log and security procedures.
  • Receive and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments and courier services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front-desk role, possess multitasking abilities, and be comfortable working independently.
