As the Principal Consultant, you will engage with mid-to-senior level clients, managing both permanent and contract placements. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with telecommunications clients, understanding their specific needs.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to placement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications

  • Telecoms Recruitment Experience: At least 10 years of experience working in telecommunications recruitment.
  • Strong Relationship Building: Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Talent Management: Demonstrated success in managing talent pools and creating pipelines for future recruitment.
  • Consultative Approach: Experience providing strategic recruitment advice to clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • CRM and Database Experience: Proficient in using recruitment databases and CRM tools for efficient hiring.

Education and Experience

  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, specifically within the telecommunications sector.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry certifications are desirable.
  • Track Record: Proven experience managing complex accounts and growing recruitment services for clients.
