Key Responsibilities

• Early Start: Begin your day early sorting mail and small parcels.
• Flexible Delivery: Cover multiple delivery rounds, ensuring each delivery is on time.
• Vehicle Safety Checks: Complete daily vehicle safety inspections.
• Loading Deliveries: Load your vehicle with deliveries for the day.
• Outdoor Deliveries: Deliver mail and parcels in various weather conditions to homes and businesses.
• Mentorship: Work with experienced Rider Mentors committed to your professional development.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek resilient, safety-conscious, and confident individuals who can adapt to high-pressure situations while maintaining excellent service standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Motorcycle License: Hold a full or probationary motorcycle licence.
• Experience: Previous experience in the courier or delivery industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Adaptability: Resilient and able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work additional hours if required.
• Safety Awareness: Successfully pass our mandatory and practical riding assessment.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail and parcels regularly; must weigh 100kgs or less.

Education and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Experience in delivery or logistics roles is a plus.
