Job Description
As a Staff Echannel Data Entry, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing inward and outward remittances and in-house transfers through the Message Automated System.
- Handling rate reporting for large payments and processing discrepancies in transaction instructions.
- Manually posting transactions when necessary, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting the Manager with tasks such as problem resolution and obtaining supporting documents.
- Developing and maintaining a strong risk culture to ensure sustainable controls on risks within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Payment Processing: Handle domestic and cross-border payments, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed and recorded.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly address issues, escalate them to stakeholders, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Transaction Management: Monitor and process transactions through automated and manual systems as required.
- Risk Management: Foster a strong risk culture within the team, ensuring compliance and effective handling of risks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial industry, particularly in Payment Operations.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive, independent work approach.
- Location: Must be an Indonesia citizen.
- Competencies: Ability to navigate complex situations, handle high-volume payments, and resolve issues efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
- Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, transaction processing, risk management, and communication.
- Education: Relevant experience in financial operations and payment systems.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in payment operations within the financial industry, including domestic and cross-border payments.
