Stewardship & Engagement Associate Vatican City

Position Summary
As a Stewardship & Engagement Associate, you will work with our partners to build lasting relationships and support their spiritual journey. In this role, you’ll connect with donors, encouraging them to engage more deeply with Turning Point’s mission, and offer personalized spiritual support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain connections with assigned ministry partners via phone, email, and mail
• Encourage and inspire partners in their financial and spiritual commitment to the ministry
• Provide ministry support and prayer to partners, nurturing their faith journey
• Log contact details, manage caseloads, and generate reports using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Attend regular team meetings and keep the team updated on relationship progress

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales, especially in roles involving one-on-one relationship-building
• International experience is highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
• Positive, encouraging, and prayerful attitude
• Proficient in typing (50 wpm minimum), Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
• Some college coursework or 1-3 years of call center experience (preferably in a ministry)

Other Requirements

• Part-time role, up to 28 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Must be a committed Christian who actively participates in a Bible-teaching church
