Key Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and technical support for manufacturing systems (MES, MCS, OSI PI, Serialization).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Validation, and Maintenance teams to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and stakeholders.
• Assist in managing manufacturing IT projects, ensuring systems meet regulatory and operational standards.
• Maintain documentation (specifications, protocols, validation reports) in line with data integrity practices.
• Provide on-call support, change control, and system maintenance.
• Promote adherence to IT standards and serve as an agent for process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with 21CFR Part 11, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Required Skills:
  • Administration and support of manufacturing IT platforms (e.g., MES, MCS, OSI PI).
  • Regulatory compliance with cGMP and 21CFR Part 11.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a global team environment.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with OSI PI Historian, Serialization systems, Seavision Serialization, or PAS-X Werum eBR.
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley).
  • Familiarity with FDA, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing IT systems support.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred.
