Key Responsibilities

• Understand the outlet’s concept, menu offerings, and hotel facilities to recommend to guests.
• Maintain and enforce operational standards per hotel policies, SOPs, and quality measures.
• Exhibit in-depth knowledge of tea varieties, origins, flavors, and fermentation processes.
• Support tea service by taking orders, recommending teas, and performing tea ceremonies.
