Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagements: Work on advisory, restructuring, and formal insolvency projects for high-profile clients across sectors.
• Data Analytics & Financial Analysis: Utilize data analytics, cash flow modeling, and due diligence to diagnose issues and create solutions.
• Scenario Planning: Support clients with scenario planning, going concern analysis, and advice on director obligations.
• Collaboration: Partner with KPMG’s national Deal Advisory group to offer comprehensive client solutions throughout the deal and transformation lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience: Relevant experience in turnaround, restructuring, insolvency, private credit, or operational business strategy.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field; CA, CPA, CFA, ARITA, or TMA certification is desirable.
• Skills: Strategic problem-solving, strong analytical capabilities, and report-writing skills.
• Attributes: A results-driven mindset with excellent communication and the ability to build trust across diverse client groups.
