Job Description
As a UKCC Agent at HSBC, you will:
- Answer inbound calls from HSBC customers in a friendly and confident manner, aiming to resolve issues during the first interaction.
- Provide comprehensive information about products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support customers by understanding their needs, delivering what is promised, and escalating unresolved issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge for inbound customer calls.
