Key Responsibilities
- Lead the service delivery across multiple operational areas.
- Supervise and mentor a diverse team, including Associate 1, Associate 2, Senior Associate, Officer, and AVP.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans in collaboration with clients.
- Identify and mitigate high-risk processes to prevent financial losses.
- Monitor team performance, expenses, and staffing projections.
- Represent the firm professionally and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.

The team you will join is part of International Fund Services (IFS), which was acquired by State Street in July 2002. IFS is renowned for its expertise in fund accounting and administration services. Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 10 years of experience in banking operations, fund operations, or audit/accounting, especially in Big Four firms.
- A minimum of 5 years of team management experience, showcasing leadership and the ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of managing multiple assignments under pressure.
