What Does a Warehouse Associate Do?

As a Warehouse Associate, your daily responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks essential to our operations. You will ensure that products are handled to the highest quality standards, which is crucial for maintaining our reputation in the luxury market.

Daily Responsibilities

• Product Handling: You will sort, put away, and stock product shelves efficiently, ensuring that all items are easily accessible.
• Inventory Management: Conducting inventory counts using handheld scanners will be a regular part of your day, helping to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Order Fulfillment: Preparing customer orders for shipment involves picking, sorting, staging, and packing products. You’ll also handle outbound fulfillment functions like folding and bagging.
• Workspace Organization: Maintaining shipping supplies and organizing inventory are key tasks that help keep our facility running smoothly.
• Cross-Department Assistance: Depending on business needs, you may assist other product departments, showcasing your versatility as a Warehouse Associate.

What You Bring to the Role

To thrive as a Warehouse Associate, you should meet the following qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months working in a warehouse production environment is essential. Experience in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven setting will give you an edge.
• Motivation and Drive: We seek individuals who are self-motivated and have a strong desire to achieve results. Your initiative will contribute significantly to our team’s success.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are vital for ensuring the quality of our products.

• Physical Abilities: You should be able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours at a time.
